No doubt we all are looking for fitness and ideal weight, especially women, but we must be well aware and look closely in the selection of Dieting appropriate, Not all diet fits all and It’s not correct to apply the quick diets without looking at the risks and complications ,such as anemia, immune disorder, hair loss, dry skin, dark circles, depression and boredom . the fact is that we did not follow the appropriate and optimal diet for us.

3- Vegetables and fruits – This group contains the plants food . Most people needs to eat more of this group to provide the vitamins, minerals and fiber.
4- Bread and grains, rice and pasta – foods that exist at the base of the food pyramid which consisting mostly cereals. This group provides us with fibers, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
Who did not follow the diet to lose weight more than once, and succeeded for a temporary period to lose a little or a lot of weight , and Quickly reverts to the old weight or more again, So the problem is not in LOSS a few kilograms, But the problem lies in how to maintain a stable weight after the diet
